Some units were watertight, while others were left exposed with incomplete roof and cavity works. We collaborated with manufacturers and TRADA to test and certify all structural elements, from floor joists to insulation, ensuring all were fit for purpose.
This was a recovery project, and we approached it with care, professionalism, and transparency. Regular dialogue with the client’s agent and building control helped maintain momentum and ensure quality was not compromised.
