We transformed a former housing block in Manningham into 30 high-quality homes for Incommunities Group Ltd, providing much-needed housing for the local community.
The development offered a diverse mix of 2- to 4-bedroom homes designed to Housing Corporation Design & Quality Standards. Some units were tailored for extended families, contributing to a well-balanced community.
Site access via Carlisle Street and Church Street was complicated by delays to technical approvals, which led us to begin foundations ahead of infrastructure works. This pivot added logistical complexity but enabled continued progress.
Homes were finished predominantly in artificial stone with art stone detailing, while selected plots featured natural stone to respect the area’s character. Grey roof tiles and coloured UPVC windows added a modern finish.
Despite approval bottlenecks and knock-on delays, we remained focused on delivering a quality scheme aligned with both client and community expectations.
