We successfully delivered 72 high-quality homes for Yorkshire Housing in the heart of Spofforth. The development offered a range of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes across six house types, with tenures including shared ownership, rent to buy, and affordable rent.
We began with essential infrastructure works roads, drainage, and an attenuation tank to prepare the site and ensure efficient access. By advancing foundation works ahead of the June 2023 Part L regulation changes, we enabled significant client savings in relation to energy efficiency upgrades.
Challenging ground conditions required a range of foundation solutions, from driven piles and ring beams to raft systems. Our strong coordination across teams ensured smooth progress throughout.
