Rosemont House is a premium development of nine luxury apartments in the village of Bramhope, delivered by Jack Lunn (Properties) Ltd for our own portfolio.
Acquired with full planning consent, the scheme provided a ready-to-build opportunity that we executed to exacting standards. Each apartment includes allocated parking with EV charging, basement storage, communal landscaped patios, and lift access. Solar panels support energy use in shared areas.
The building was constructed using natural stone with a blockwork inner skin and blown cavity insulation, paired with precast concrete floors and stairs. A natural slate roof and detailed waterproofing supported both aesthetics and performance.
Inside, the apartments were finished to a premium specification: Nolte kitchens with Bosch appliances, Vitra sanitary ware, Grohe fittings, and full-height ceramic tiling all contributed to a refined, contemporary feel.
Despite restricted site access and Covid-related delays, our team completed the scheme with care and precision delivering a standout development that exemplifies our in-house capability.
